Our School
The Public School José Montalvo, is located in the town of Horcajo de Santiago, a town in the province of Cuenca, framed in the region of "La Mancha". It is about one hundred kilometers from Cuenca, Toledo and Madrid, belonging to the judicial district of Tarancón.
The CIP "José Montalvo" Horcajo de Santiago accommodates two educational levels:
- Early Childhood Education from three to six years (second cycle).
- Primary, from six to twelve years (from first to sixth courses).
This is a college dual line both as Primary Children and specialists English, Physical Education, Music and Religion.
The center has the Guidance and Support Team, formed by the Counselor, Teacher of Therapeutic Pedagogy and Hearing and Language Therapist, Assistant Professor of Technical Education and Community Services. Moreover, since the course 2013/2014, we at our center with TEA Classroom (Classroom Autism Spectrum Disorder). This classroom is equipped with all the necessary resources to work with students. Not only material resources but personal resources since joining our faculty a master of Therapeutic Pedagogy and teacher Hearing and Language.
From the academic year 2014/2015, begins in our Center Program Multilingualism in the initial level, imparting some of the areas in English.
